There are currently 2122 active single family listings on the market in the Pikes Peak region compared to 2162 last year at this time, which is a 1.9% decrease. New listings on the market are up .1%. The average sales price was up 3.4% to $373,792 in June and Sales were down 5%. There is a 1.3 month supply of homes on the market.

The median single family sales price is up 1.9% compared to June 2018 (same number of homes sold above as below).

There are 167 condo/townhomes on the market compared to 141 last year at this time, an 18.9% increase. The median price for Condo/townhomes is up 109% to $240,000 and sales are down 5%.

Cumulative year to date sales for single family homes in 2019 so far are down 1.6% and the average price is up 4.4% over 2018, same period.
