The median single family sales price is up 7.1% compared to July 2018 (same number of homes sold above as below).
There are 198 condo/townhomes on the market compared to 161 last year at this time, a 23% increase. The median price for condo/townhomes is up 4.8% to $228,000 and sales are up 7.2%.
Cumulative year to date sales for single family homes in 2019 so far are down .5% and the average price is up 4.9% over 2018, same period. Average sales price comparing the first 7 months this year to the first 7 months last year is $364,727.
